How Do I Measure?
Before you start, put on a lightly lined bra — no push-ups or compression sports bras — and grab a soft measuring tape.
If you don’t have a measuring tape, it’s no big deal. A string and a ruler work too.
Step 1: Measure Your Under Bust
How to Measure: Wrap the measuring tape around your ribcage, just beneath your bust. Make sure the tape is parallel to the floor and straight across your back.
Tip: Exhale completely and pull the tape tight to get an accurate measurement.
Example: If your under bust measurement is 30 inches, enter "30" in Step 1.

After submitting your return request, we will schedule a pick-up for the item at a time that works for you. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original condition. You only need to return the main product, and a return shipping fee of 150 INR will apply.
Refund Policy
We strive to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, we offer a clear and straightforward refund process:
Refund Process Initiation: Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours.
Refund Method:
For Online Payments: The refund will be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 days.
For Cash on Delivery Orders: Please provide your bank account number, bank name, and IFSC code. Refunds will be processed via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
Conditions: Refunds are processed only after the item is picked up, dispatched, and received by our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement from our warehouse.
Custom Fit Option: If none of our standard sizes are suitable for you, we offer custom tailoring. To proceed, include a well-fitting garment of your own with the returned Bra Bell item. Our courier will collect both, and we will craft a custom garment according to your measurements and deliver it within 7 to 9 days. Your measurements will be saved for future orders.
Limitations: Please note that for any order, you can either request a refund or an exchange, but this can be done only once per order.

Pick-Up of Item: Once a return is requested, we will arrange for the item to be picked up within 1 to 3 days.
Return Shipping Time: After pick-up, the item will take approximately 15 to 25 days to arrive at our warehouse.
